Here are most 5 asked questions about silicone cake mold
1. HOW TO TAKE OUT THE TREATS WITHOUT BREAKING IT?
Silicone molds are super easy to use; all you need to do are:
a. Once you put your cake out of the oven, let it cool down for approximately 10 minutes or more, depending on the heat.
b. Once the cake is cool down enough, pull the sides of silicone to separate the cake with silicone mold
c. Gently push from the bottom of the mold to get the cake out. Then, Bon Appetite!
Usually, greasing or oiling of pans is not required. However, it depends on the cake recipes. Some might have a higher chance for the cake to stick with a silicone mold.
Tip: you can use non-stick cooking spray and always remember to wait for the cake to cool down first.
3. DOES THE SILICONE MOLD SAFE FOR OVEN?
Absolutely! Silicone Mold is heat resistant up to 446 degrees, and the ideal temperature we use is usually around 350 degrees.
Moreover, you can also put this in the fridge & freezer. Silicone mold withstands low temperatures up to -76°.
4. HOW TO CLEAN SILICONE MOLD?
The mold is very flexible and has a lot of little crevices that might look hard to clean, but it’s very easy for the baked goods to come out. You can wash it by hand or simply pop them in the dishwasher.
